I want to start this week by saying “Thanks!” to everyone who emailed, called, texted, messaged, commented, blogged, or otherwise contacted me just to tell me how much they liked the comics. It really means a lot to me and it’s your support that will keep the comics coming.

Two reminders – One, you can still get free ad space with me for a limited time. Shoot me an email and I’ll be happy to work out the details. Two, don’t forget that you can help Earth to Chad by transcribing comics! This will allow them to be searchable in the future.

Oh, and HOLY COW I can’t believe Christmas is 11 days away! Better buy stuff quick!

Hooray! We made it through the first week of Earth to Chad! I hope you’ve been enjoying the comics as much as I have. Thought I’d share another “mood” with you today – this one is supposed to be “crazy,” but I’d call it “dutch oven.”

First I’d like to say that I’m not one for updating everyone with my current “mood,” but I thought some of the emoticon choices were silly and I wanted to share! This mood is supposed to be “spook” but it looks more like “I’m really ill, and about to pass out.”

I’ve added some features to the site and changed the look of one or two things. Internet Explorer seemed to have some display issues at one point, and I believe I fixed that too. All-in-all I think the site is nearing a look and feel that I’ll keep for a while, though I’m sure it will be an ever-evolving beast.

Take note that you can now help me transcribe comics to make them searchable. You can do this by clicking the “Transcribe” link at the top of any page, or by clicking the “Transcribe This Comic” or “Improve Transcription” buttons on archived comic posts (comics are archived the moment they’re posted!).
